We aim to deliver your order within the number of days shown in the table above. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery within the number of days shown in the table above please contact us.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Your order will be shipped using Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-2pm CET. Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, risted.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
We have a fixed rate worldwide shipping fee of $5 on all orders big or small.
Please note that all orders are currently being shipped from Spain (Marbella, Malaga). We have tested and used several shipping agents around the world and so far the Spanish shipping service has proven to be the fastest and most efficient service. This may change in the future.
Your order may be delivered by either your local postal service or by a courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by local postal service so the parcel will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.

To make any changes to your order or shipping address after your order has been placed please contact us as soon as possible.
SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
I DID NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
At this time, we do not provide tracking numbers for any orders placed on risted.com. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
SHIPPING TO SANCTIONED OR SENSITIVE COUNTRIES
We can’t accept any orders for shipping to the following countries:
• Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North)
• Syrian Arab Republic
A number of countries also restrict certain items due to their graphic content. Please ensure you seek information from your local authority before placing an order on risted.com.
IMPORT DUTY, TAX & CUSTOMS FEES
We make every effort to minimize any import duty, tax, and customs fees to which you may be subject. However, depending on the destination country of your order, duty, tax, and customs fees may be added to your shipment upon importation. The total cost of your order does not include these additional charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
In the case of having these fees applied to your shipment, the recipient of the delivery, not the person who placed the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these duty, tax, and customs fees. If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they will be responsible for these additional fees.
If delivery of an order placed on risted.com is refused or held by customs, you will be responsible for any import duty, tax, and customs fees that may be added. We will always try our very best to help our customers in these situations, please contact us.
